GSRM Law has a Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure continuity of service in the face of unexpected, disruptive events. Working remotely is part of that plan, and we have IT systems in place providing the same level of security and service that you have come to expect from GSRM Law.
We remain available by phone and/or videoconference to discuss any legal issues you may have. With regard to anyone with estate planning needs, Governor Lee recently issued Executive Order No. 26 to facilitate remote notarization and witnessing of legal documents. This allows our estate planning team to assist and oversee our clients with the remote preparation and execution of their legal documents such as wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills.
